Just like our standard fruit wine bases, these varietal wine bases are extremely easy and convenient to make, requiring no PH adjustments and no acid adjustments. Simply dilute one gallon of wine base with four gallons of water, pitch yeast and stir! Vintner's Best Wine Bases are all natural and made with real juice. They make five (5) gallons of wine at 10% ABV and are crafted from the same formulations used by commercial wineries.
