These RJ Spagnols 18 liter wine kits contain 100% pure varietal grape juice and concentrate selected from the finest vineyards around the world. They also contain the added bonus of GENUWINE Winery Dried Grape Skins which create an ultra premium wine with deep rich color, aromatic bouquet and exquisite mouth feel that you have come to expect of an ultra premium wine.
RJ Spagnols proprietary process of drying crushed whole varietal grape skins which preserves fresh vineyard flavor and adds deep hues, rich body, a wonderful bouquet and/or a lingering finish to the select red wines.
The RJ Spagnols patented proprietary process ensures the Genuwine Winery Dried Grape Skins retain their original color and include their nutritional and natural goodness of both the grape skin and solids. This process vints an ultra premium red wine with consistent and intense flavour, enhanced bouquet and bold character. Each 250g package of Genuwine Winery Dried Grape Skins is the equivalent to 4.5kg of whole varietal grapes resulting in an authentic and very satisfying wine.
Each kit is 18 liters or 4.2 US gallons which Yields 23 litres or 6 US gallons. Ready to bottle in just 8 weeks! Fantastic.
The kit listed below is the wine kit only. Each kit contains the concentrate and juice plus they contain all of the necessary ingredients to make the specified amount of wine. The ingredients include yeast, bentonite, potassium metabisulfite, potassium sorbate and a fining agent. Some kits may also contain oak, ederberries, currants and/or a flavoring pack.
